Nvidia Senior Board Design Hardware Engineer in Raanana, Israel
Our HW team in Israel is looking for an experienced system/board designer to join the Hardware Switch Group. The team leads the development of networking infrastructure for NVIDIA next generation data centers focusing on accelerated performance while enabling optimized end to end GPU connectivity. NVIDIA's Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability.

What you'll be doing:
Design switch systems for ultra high-speed infatuation from concept to mass production
Collaborate and integrate with all HW project disciplines: Board Design, Mechanics, Thermal, PCB Layout, Production, Software/Firmware, RTL and more
The position consists of product specification definitions, electrical schematics, component selection, layout guidance, hands-on testing in a lab environment, accompanying production and qualification processes
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years as a board designer, experience in complex HW projects execution
Proven experience in leading multi disciplinary projects
Hands-on lab skills
Experience in leading Multi layer PCB design
Layout and schematics CAD expertise
Experience in high current power delivery design
Comprehensive understanding of RTL implementations (CPLD/FPGA)
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in data-center switches products design for high volume manufacturing
Proven knowledge in high speed design (25Gb/s and above)
Experience in embedded systems design
Knowledge in advanced PCB technology
Proven knowledge in high speed design (25Gb/s and above).
