What the day will look like

Responsible for managing personalized customer care and service, implementing retention tactics and advising clients in the life insurance and health care lines. Lead the lead nurturing and demand generation strategy for the Andean region for one of the two solution lines.

  • Advice to employees throughout the process of customer service and consultations on insurance policies for personal insurance.

  • Review and sending of collection notes.

  • Review of policies and attachments.

  • Providing advice and information regarding policy conditions

  • Preparation and analysis of claims reports, and establishment of claims containment strategies.

  • Personalized customer service

  • Carrying out on-site service points at assigned customers

  • Coordination of wellness and prevention activities for clients assigned to the portfolio

  • Organization of talks and elaboration of communication material on client's policies

  • Produce activity management reports.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience: 4 years of experience in handling personal insurance (life, personal accident and medical assistance).

  • Expertise: Personal lines of insurance (life, personal accident and medical assistance).

  • Studies and/or specialties: Business administration, insurance, or related

  • Languages: Basic to intermediate English

  • Technological Tools: Office package - Excel (pivot tables)
