QPS Employment Group has a great Painter position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Painter Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\ - Assist in the painting application from start to finish.\ - Work from specifications, verbal, and written instructions.\ - Prepare coatings using agitators as required.\ - Select pressures, nozzles, temperatures, and cure times.\ - Apply coatings to work pieces as necessary to achieve a smooth finish.\ - Visually inspect work pieces to ensure proper coverage, touch-up as required.\ - Clean spray equipment and booth according to established practices.\ - Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
