Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Logistics Manager to join our team in Quincy, FL. The individual will be responsible for managing the transportation of raw materials and goods, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining control over inventory. Key responsibilities include scheduling rail shipments, managing the rail fleet, controlling warehouse inventory, scheduling orders, and ensuring accurate and timely shipping of products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering materials and ensuring production stays on schedule. The role also involves generating reports, ordering shipping and packaging materials, and working with ERP systems.
