Position Summary:

The HR Operations Manager is a key role in advancing the HR Operations function, helping us build this function out globally. This person will initially be an individual contributor, partnering with the Global HR Operations Leadership team in setting up processes and procedures to support our global workforce. We expect in time this person will lead a small team responsible for designing and deploying scalable HR process and policies across the globe, partnering closely with HR in all regions to best support the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partnering with HR to update and manage all US and global policies (where applicable), to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

  • Executing on our global strategy for ongoing employee file management.

  • Supporting all global compliance for corporate policies, programs and reporting across AE locations for any compensation, benefits and data-related programs; coordinate the utilization of external legal resources for these areas, as needed.

  • Partner with local HR and payroll teams and external partners in effective implementation and management of global mobility programs including immigration, relocation/assignment/mobility management, and individual global tax services.

  • Oversee and be responsible for processing the HR invoicing process and ongoing vendor set up and management.

  • Support the company’s employee recognition programs, including helping to develop quarterly presentations, ordering awards, generating letters, and communicating with managers on a global basis.

  • Manage the global service credit award program and provide reporting for the global service credit award program.

  • Oversee the process for the ongoing benefits billing and incentive programs.

  • Manage the global HR SharePoint site, including the handbooks, policies, and internal HR portal. Will have overall responsibility for integrating various standalone HR SharePoint site content into new global site.

  • Documentation of all employee actions and working closely with the Payroll and HR Data Entry teams overseas towards continued process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • 5+ years of cross functional HR experience, preferably in a global HR Operations Service Center

  • Team leadership experience preferred

  • Office and administrative experience required

  • Ability to handle confidential data

  • Demonstrated knowledge of US HR laws and requirements

  • Strong process, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Self-Directed and ability to work independently

  • Excellent administrative skills

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and databases

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
