Job Description

The Global Client Reporting analyst performs client report production on a timely, complete and accurate manner for both internal and external clients. This includes preparation of periodic client reports, fact sheet and due diligence questionnaires/checklist through gathering, validating and consolidating various source data from different groups across all regions. The role is also responsible for liaising and coordinating with different functions in Global Wealth Asset Management Operations such as Trade and Cash, Asset Servicing, Reconciliation, Performance Analytics. The global client reporting analyst must demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic and positive attitude.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Produce Fund Fact Sheet for Retail Clients of Manulife Investment Management across Asia Region.

  • Prepare the periodic Investment Management Report to Institutional Clients managed by Manulife Investment Management such as pension plans, foundation, endowments, financial institutions and other institutional investors.

  • Prepare custom or tailor reports per request by clients or business unit

  • Coordinate with various internal and external teams to ensure all data is collated, checked and presented per SLAs in order to meet client reporting deadlines.

  • Identify and escalate possible issues in data accuracy and presentation of client report.

  • Assist process and data improvement projects.

  • Respond to inquiries, on both a recurring and ad hoc basis related to client reporting.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Financial related courses (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, etc)

  • A minimum of 2-3-year relevant work experience.

  • Knowledge in securities instruments/settlements and banking process.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Candidate must have good organizational and time management skills with the ability to be and to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Candidate must demonstrate problem solving skills.

  • Keen to details that can able to identify issues on data and formatting/presentation

  • Client focused with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.

  • Amenable with Day Shift
