As an Assistant Supervisor, Pricing, you will:

  • Supervise the local Manila pricing staff for Asia and MEA and ensure a collaborative environment.

  • Analyze, process, and manage the performance and delivery of new price requests.

  • Analyze, process, and ensure that the rebate program requests are driven to completion throughout the different approval channels.

  • Use data analysis skills to solve other pricing questions and recommend areas to improve price realization.

  • Manage the data, toolset, and reporting for pricing processes and related functions.

  • Aid in the preparation of executive presentations, initiative updates, and support for key meetings as required.

  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams, clients, and other collaborators.

Who You Are:

You can efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and are excellent at presenting results and findings to leadership. You can proficiently communicate and operate in a matrixed and cross-functional multinational organization. You are interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Finance.

  • Experience gained from pricing, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing-related business, and plant operations.

  • 2–5 years of experience in pricing and analytics.

  • Expert-level data analysis skills in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, including pivot tables, sophisticated formulas, and macros.

  • Experience in using, maintaining, and creating data management and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar).

  • Background in international business or offshore service operations is an added advantage.
