By joining us as an Analyst II, Lean Enterprise , you will support the Business Unit Point of Contact through the administration and implementation of lean enterprise practices, quality engineering, and data analytics.

As an Analyst II, Lean Enterprise, you will:
Extract and generate quantitative information from databases using standard queries.
Perform data validation to achieve data consistency.
Create visualizations and trends as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and a better understanding of the analyzed data.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Project using a problem-solving methodology.
Gather, analyze, and document the Continuous Improvement Project as part of best practice sharing.
Maintain an accurate and timely information base concerning the project's products and associated documentation until project completion.

You are an adaptable person who is skilled at technical analysis and quick to absorb new knowledge. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently express your thoughts and collaborate with clients as well as with people across all levels of the business.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
Knowledge of Plan, Do, Check, Adjust (PDCA) management methodology and Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve Control (DMAIC) problem-solving methodology.
Knowledge of different lean and quality tools.
Knowledge of different data visualization tools, such as Power BI and others.
