Proporciona soporte técnico a los usuarios internos de aplicaciones y hardware informáticos de la organización (por ejemplo, PC, servidores, mainframes) | Responde preguntas sobre procedimientos del sistema, transacciones en línea, estado de los sistemas y procedimientos de tiempo de inactividad y generalmente se encuentra dentro de un centro de llamadas | Colabora con servicios de red, ingeniería de sistemas de software y/o desarrollo de aplicaciones para restaurar el servicio y/o identificar problemas | Mantiene un historial de resolución de problemas que garantiza la resolución oportuna de los problemas.
