Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
What your background should look like:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end SAP implementation project for the new plant.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and external consultants.
• Ensure all project milestones are met, including the go-live date of December 6th, 2024.
• Oversee the transition to operational start-up on January, 2025.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with TE Connectivity’s project management standards and methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
