QuickSTAT is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts. Your Role

As a Key Account Manager at QuickSTAT, you will be instrumental in maintaining and growing our client relationships. You'll coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently, playing a crucial role in our mission of customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and proposing solutions to meet their objectives.

  • Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to meet client deadlines and provide comprehensive coverage.

  • Serve as the primary contact between key clients and internal teams.

  • Address and resolve client issues and complaints to maintain trust.

  • Contribute to new sales, prepare daily activity reports, and maintain awareness of live shipments.

  • Attend off-site client meetings, provide shipment updates, and support clients outside regular hours as needed.

  • Maintain Quick systems, ensure compliance with company policies, and monitor client accounts.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 5+ years in the industry with extensive customer service experience, particularly in biopharmaceutical courier operations.

  • Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, customer care, communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills.

  • College/University B.A./B.S. or equivalent

  • Dangerous Goods/Restricted Article Regulations Certified, GDP Training and IATA Dangerous Goods by Air certification.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
