ManpowerGroup Facilities Coordinator in Queens, New York

Job Title: Facilities Operations Coordinator

Duration: 3+ months

Location: Queens, NY

Pay rate: $24/hr

We are looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sit in the Queens office/warehouse and oversee daily operations.

  • Escort vendors for maintenance and service tasks as needed.

  • Create and manage purchase orders.

  • Track spending against budget sheets to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Perform regular site walks to inspect facilities and identify any issues or repair needs.

  • Report any maintenance concerns or required repairs promptly.

  • Enter and manage badge/access data for staff and vendors.

  • Work in often quiet buildings, maintaining a consistent and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA or Associate degree preferred.

  • Experience: Finance background preferred but not required.

  • Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new applications.

  • Certifications: OSHA certification is a plus.

  • Must-Have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a "people pleaser" with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Self-motivated and driven to grow in the role.

  • Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity or experience with trade environments or construction.

  • Background in finance or budget management.
