Position Details:
Adult Patient
·Acuity Level: Gtube/Trach/Vent
·Location: Queen Creek (85142)
·Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 9a-5p (DAY SHIFTS)
About case: Patient is an adult male who is needing help 4 days a week. These are 8 hour shifts, The patient has a gtube, trach and vent. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!
(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)
Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
