ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company Project Management Lead in Pyeongtaek-si, South Korea
Location - Onsite, Camp Humphreys - South Korea
Responsible for managing very complex or high risk technical government programs. Involved simultaneously in several programs. Has primary responsibility for program growth; responsible for marketing new technology or follow-on business acquisition. Responsible for profit and loss. Responsible for business development within current customer base and/or for new customers.
Experience developing project plans with forecasts, estimates, and resources.
Experience with developing and delivering project reports and communicating and coordinating team members.
Experience in managing complex IT-projects valued over $2 million and/or affecting 1,000 or more customers in the past 10 years.
Oversees the collection and maintenance of records on the clients of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization.
Ensures that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
Identifies and evaluates the risks associated with program activities and takes appropriate action to control the risks.
Coordinates the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversees program budget and schedules prepared by subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Twelve (12) or more years of experience in the field or related area
BA/BS in business, information technology or related discipline
Certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
