Missions
Support aux utilisateurs (90 - 100 personnes) sur site, à distance en environnement Windows, Helpdesk de niveaux 1 & 2.
Support de l'infrastructure technique du site (Serveurs Windows & Unix, réseau, téléphonie fixe (PABX & postes Alcatel…) et mobile, câblage…) Exploitation de niveau 1 & 2.
Déploiement de nouveaux postes, serveurs, imprimantes. Reconfiguration et mise à jour de postes existants - Exploitation de niveau 1 & 2.
Support aux applications bureautiques et métiers.
Rédaction de procédures.
Travail en équipe et collaboration avec l’Europe
Scripting, développement en Powershell, VB, VBA, BATCH, AutoIT, Delphi-Pascal.
Profil du poste :
De formation BAC +2 minimum en informatique.
Maitrise du français (Lu, Ecrit, Parlé).
Anglais technique.
Le candidat devra faire preuve d’une grande rigueur et être ouvert à l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils et systèmes.
Le candidat devra participer activement à la réalisation de différents projets informatiques au sein de l’agence ainsi qu’à l’amélioration des processus métiers.
