Principales Responsabilités:
Satisfaire les demandes de nos clients
Traiter des dossiers aériens imports dans l'intégralité des opérations selon les règles du commerce et du transport international
S'intégrer à la culture de notre entreprise
Communiquer auprès des clients, du réseau et des transporteurs
Comprendre et respecter les procédures internes et externes
Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Thorough understanding of air shipment documentation process a plus
Operations/Industry knowledge preferred but not required
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
Proven analytical skills
Good computer skills (Excel, Word).
Fluent in English
Work permit for European Union
