Summary of Position
The Senior Manager of Operations Analytics and Reporting is responsible for the daily oversight and management of a team that analyzes and reports on the performance as it relates to Teladoc's clinical operational programs, products, processes, and capacity. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends and issues, and making recommendations for improvements. The Senior Manager is also responsible for creating and implementing reporting systems, accurate dashboards, and other tools to help the organization understand its performance and make data-driven decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversight and daily management and development of a team of operations analysts, scheduling coordinators and reporting specialists. (40%)
- Applys strong functional and application knowledge while analyzing data/performance metrics and determining ways to make data actionable including recommendations for process improvement (30%)
- Designs, develops, and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for clinical operations and product enhancement and ensures accuracy and reliability of data. (20%)
- Generates dashboards and reports for Teladoc management showing key metrics that help drive optimum resource utilization and evaluate provider performance in comparison to expectations set in budgeted models (10%)
Qualifications Expected for Position
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, statistics, economics, or mathematics; Experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Quantitative analysis and computational skills, problem resolution, and risk management skills providing an attention to detail, process, deadlines, and quality results
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- 7-10 years of experience in operations analysis and reporting, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques, as well as experience using languages/tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Proficient experience with SQL is required
- Work-related experience with Python is required
- Proficient in Excel
The base salary range for this position is$125,000 - $160,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed hereTeladoc Health Benefits 2024.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
