Job DescriptionOverviewLocation: Must be located 90 miles from one of our office locations: Plano, TX, Purchase, NY, or Chicago, IL. Role is Hybrid. Relocation package is not offered for this role. PepsiCo’s D+A & AI team is tasked with the responsibility of developing quality data collection processes, maintaining the integrity of our data foundations, and enabling business leaders and data scientists across the company to have rapid access to the data they need for decision-making and innovation.What PepsiCo Enterprise Data and Operations does:* Maintain a predictable, transparent, global operating rhythm that ensures always-on access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company* Responsible for day-to-day data collection, transportation, maintenance/curation, and access to the PepsiCo corporate data asset* Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize data and standardize it for use by business, data science or other stakeholders* Increase awareness about available data and democratize access to it across the companyPepsiCo D+A & AI has an opportunity for someone to join the team. As a Senior RPA Developer within the D+A & AI automation team, you will participate in designing and implementing automation solutions utilizing tools like RPA (UiPath), Excel, Python, and SQL or other informal processes within business teams. Automation of local processes will be another avenue for accelerating the growth of PepsiCo’s enterprise data asset and enhancing the value of the enterprise Data Platform. You will be working very closely with the business stakeholders as well as Data Automation Manager in identifying areas and developing solutions where automation can add business value and take data out of informal processes, institutionalize, and structure them for efficiency. You will be engaged in various automation initiatives, provide analytics and workgroup solutions that enhance productivity and eliminate or streamline labor intense work as well as focus on continuous improvement.This role offers many exciting challenges and opportunities:* You will participate in UiPath (RPA), VBA, Python and SQL automation of processes* You will enhance your proficiency on requirements gathering, automating, developing, testing and system operability* You will further develop your knowledge and practical skills around these technologies: RPA (UiPath) VBA / SQL / Azure / Python#LI-HybridResponsibilities* Design and develop of new automation solutions and be responsible for on-time delivery of all required tasks* Partner with internal customers to assess needs and design solutions to improve efficiencies by automating repetitive and/or manual processes; improve controls through standardization of workflowsResearch and recommend new and existing technologies to meet business needs, including creating prototypes, design documents, and solution designs* Identify areas of opportunity for new automation and continuous improvement* Plan and execute secure, good practice data management strategies and approaches* Continuous improvement; provide end-user technical support and performance-tune automated processes as necessary* Manage work request queue in accordance with team Project Management Office (PMO) policies and internal ticket tracking Support Center; ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner* Collaborate with the team on required support related to automation* Establish and maintain related business data specifications and requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data standards* You will assit in leading in RPA, Power Aps, VBA (Microsoft Excel), Python and SQL automation of manual processes* You will enhance your proficiency on requirements gathering, automating, developing, testing and system operability* You will further develop your knowledge and practical skills around these technologies: VBA / SQL / Azure / RPA (UiPath) / PythonCompensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $101,100 - $169,200.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
