Position Summary

Preferred Location: Anywhere in India.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of the Sales Asset Design and Visual Communications Manager is to help build out an elevated India sales asset creation team with strong graphic design, project design, and customer service skills. This manager will oversee the creation of visually compelling digital and print designs for various sales forums, including email outreach, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), events, client sales meetings, proposals/RFPs, and orals presentations. This leader will provide strategic direction to structure and expand the team.

As team members are added, this manager will provide team initiative and workload management oversight, develop the skills and abilities of the team. The manager will initially focus on building out this capability within the healthcare industry, but this position may expand to different industries as well as the team grows.

This position is within the Growth Enablement Team (GET), which is a robust sales support team with the goals of improving sales experiences, efficiency, and success rates. This team collaborates regularly with Marketing Department to follow and advance our brand, style, and visual identity guidelines. This individual will be a connection point to into the enterprise Growth Enablement Team (GET) and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This leader will have ongoing responsibilities for several key areas:

Sales Asset Design and Content Creation Leadership:

• Develop a team that can create compelling client-facing visuals and presentations, ranging from minor edits to new deliverables.

• Ensure team designs and develop high-quality client-facing sales materials – such as PowerPoint graphics, sell sheets, presentations, videos, interactive content, and other sales collateral – and internal sales collateral (e.g., solution battlecards, competitor battlecards). These are the baseline assets to describe the details and value of our solutions to our clients that may be customized for specific outreach campaigns, events, or opportunities.

• Help build out more advanced sales multimedia capabilities, such as videos and interactive content. Contribute ideas to help us create collateral that aligns to our sales customer’s needs and journey.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into visually appealing graphics and diagrams.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging sales content that aligns with our brand strategy.

• Create and oversee an intake process to take requests, help triage those to team members, and ensure projects are completed timely.

• Manage the daily workload of the team and understand the amount of projects that can be taken on within the department across the variety of assets.

• Manage the daily workload and un for the team and manage risks.

• Help maintain and manage our asset tools, training, and templates to drive consistency across the enterprise

• Support content and design improvement initiatives

• Ensure all presentation materials are consistent with Huron's brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Help manage and maintain the sales collateral library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to the team.

• Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for presentation design and delivery

• Advance Huron’s video and multimedia capabilities for sales

• Stay current with the latest trends in graphic design and presentation software to continuously improve the quality of Huron's materials.

Overall Department Leadership

• Create structure and responsibilities for team members

• Support staffing analyses, job descriptions, and positions, and workload distribution on the team. Help determine staffing needs for growth within the healthcare industry and other industries to scale department.

• Develop the skills and competencies of team members, providing coaching and mentorship

• Help evaluate team performance and how to grow the team for other areas, such as healthcare delivery, sales in other industries, and internal operational report

• Partners with GET and Marketing leadership to set goals and initiatives to support the enterprise

• Proactively anticipates risks and identifies solutions to reallocate resources, adjust timelines, or thinks critically to develop other solutions

• Takes ownership of India GET employee engagement to foster a positive work environment and culture

• Providing supervision and direction to the offshore team and asking for help when needed to ensure all key deadlines are met

• Lead team administrative and development meetings, including administrative responsibilities, individual and team check ins, and updates on and offshore leads on team progress and needs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This position will require excellent supervision, communication, attention to detail, expertise in MS Word and PowerPoint, and organizational skills. This individual must have problem solving skills, be deadline and detail oriented, and have the ability to collaborate across all levels and roles supporting sales efforts. In addition, the individual should have an understanding of the business development lifecycle as well as proactively managing a team and cultivating a positive work environment.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) and Background

• Minimum of 10+ years proven experience in presentation design and graphic creation, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams)

• Proficient in written and oral English.

• Experience in creating marketing and/or sales content and understanding of marketing principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, levels, and disciplines.

• Ability to work well remotely and independently as well as part of a team; ability to work across time zones.

• Successful and proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor; experience growing a team preferred.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to coordinate internal staff, resources, and tasks

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of presentation styles and graphic design work.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
