DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate with internal and external supplier bases and stakeholders across various functions.
Work with different functions to execute DPP processes with different PDCs.
Process and monitor orders against suppliers to ensure adherence to the supply plan.
Monitor and adjust planned and release procurement signals and expedite as necessary.
Analyze and report metrics, utilizing systems like Xelus, GOMS, and aftermarket material planning.
Planning System Management
Develop planning system strategies to improve signals across the supply chain.
Monitor and adjust parameters in the planning system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Use common processes, tools, and information systems to drive consistent planning signals.
Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Execute the daily operational planning process within specified functional areas.
Identify potential supply chain failures and mitigate associated risks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop short-term tactical improvements.
Participate in functional process improvement teams.

Part Change Control Management : Evaluating and implementing engineering change requests to meet customer delivery requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Plan for Every Part (PFEP) : Planning, designing, and managing systems and processes to ensure the right part delivery at the right time in the right quantity.
Master Supply Scheduling : Establishing and maintaining a valid Master Production Schedule to meet customer expectations and operational efficiency.
Material Planning : Using advanced tools for decision-making related to parts availability, inventory optimization, and root cause analysis.
Materials KPI Management : Operating in relation to historical outputs to determine next steps for improvement; interpreting KPIs to understand end-customer impact and balancing trade-offs.
Qualifications
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Minimal to intermediate level of experience required.
Night shift allowance provided.
Pickup and drop facilities within PMC & PCMC jurisdiction.
Experience in Xelus, GOMS, and aftermarket material planning preferred.
