DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Supply Chain Analytics: Create and analyze data to make operational performance and trends visible, enhancing decision-making across the organization.
Lead Improvement Projects: Participate in and lead Six Sigma and supply chain improvement projects, utilizing common process tools and information systems.
Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and reliability of all analytics and reports.
Reporting Capability: Develop and manage reporting for supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and interpret these indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
Analytics and Benchmarking: Use existing business systems for repeatable analytics and reporting, and conduct internal and external benchmarking analyses.
Scenario Analysis: Develop basic supply chain models to conduct scenario analyses.
Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis as required to support supply chain decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience:
Inventory Fundamentals: Proficient in inventory management principles and practices.
Digital Tools: Experience with new digital tools and process improvement initiatives, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset.
Operations Discipline: Strong discipline in operations with effective presentation skills.
Material Planning Exposure: Experience or exposure to material planning is advantageous.
Global Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work flexible hours (11:30 am to 9:30 pm) to align with global stakeholders' timings.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant work experience preferred.
