Overview:

The Mastercard Services Gateway team are dedicated to growing MasterCard revenue from transaction switching and from value-added services associated with switching. The Services Gateway team partners with Network Products, Core Payments, Operations & Technology and Regional Partners to enhance the strategic fit, quality, efficiency and applicability of Mastercard’s network and services assets to customer need and market opportunities and evolves MasterCard’s network assets architecture to drive competitive advantage. The team creates and packages Product and Solutions offerings to drive new transaction flows, VAS product distribution and competitive advantage with Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants, Processors, Financial institutions, FinTechs’, Governments and other industry participants

Role:

• Specialist, Product Management, will provide end-to-end support globally for the rollout of existing & new value-added services on Mastercard Services Gateway

• Support execution of market and mass-enablement strategies globally

• Build and collaborate with regional products and delivery teams for enhanced customer integration experience and bring efficiencies on customer onboardings

• Manage customer implementation pipeline, delivery metrics and KPIs

• Derive KPIs on customer onboardings and delivery for use cases available under Services Gateway

• Data quality assessments against the services requested and fulfilled for customers globally

• Support creation and ideation for delivery of new products, services and opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Will be the subject and point of contact for customer, product delivery and support teams for all connectivity solutions

• Supports the technical efforts and liaises with the relevant cross functional teams in delivering services successfully

• Support end-to-end project management activities for new products and product enhancements

• Develops process for tracking KPI and enhancements to customer onboarding experiences

• Tracks and communicates product performance/SLAs through dashboard reporting and metrics

• Support delivery aspects in new product development life cycle

• Monitors progress against key milestones and KPIs in the implementation process

• Supports product launches and implementations as needed

• Creates, finalizes and distributes materials, such as training decks, to support new product implementation

All about You:

Knowledge/Experience:

• Demonstrable knowledge in product management principles and the product development lifecycle

• Background in payments and/or understanding of payments ecosystem and value chain

• Proven ability to learn and master new subject matter areas

• Knowledge with Cloud Connectivity, APIs, scripting is a plus

• Experience developing reports and preliminary insights based on payment data

• Knowledge in popular programming languages such as Java, C, C++ and database such as Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop is a plus

• Ability to effectively manage cross functional partners while performing multiple functions

• Self-motivated, problem solver who is result driven and has a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment

• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

• Knowledge of analytics and dashboards for conveying information

• Detail-oriented with an ability to understand and contribute to operational product processes

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Location: Pune, India
