Emerson Oracle Quote to Order Management Officer in PUNE, India
Job Summary

Based in India, the Oracle Quote to Order Management Officer will analyse the customer purchase order and check completeness/relevance of documents with regards to order booking as per guidelines outlined, correct and accurate Data Entry into the system, coordinate with Sales and Customer Service Engineers to ensure clean and timely order booking, book MRO orders within 2 days of receipt and project orders within 3 days of receipt and prepare Order Entry Reports and Booking Analysis as required
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Mapping the entire order entry process for MSOL - P, Order Notification in CRM
Download back papers from OCM and check all necessary back papers like TSF, PO, BOM, Payment Terms, Offer, Other Approvals
SO creation by entering commercial data.
Do base model entry in JDE & model configuration in Oracle.
Post model configuration Cal ranges & tag entry in JDE.
For any new part no or model, create by placing request to PCS group.
Communicate with PCS group for any model entry issue such as pricing, toggle & other technical issue.
Release the order in system once all technical & commercial data is in place.

Good communication and relevant technical knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Graduate in any stream with 2 years of experience
Possess some experience of working on ERP systems will be an added advantage
