Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Network Specialist L2, you are expected to work on all type of L2 technologies - RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS (advanced), BGP, L2 technology troubleshooting.
You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to handle all Routing, switching and Security Products like,
Switching - Cisco Nexus, ACI, 38xx series devices. Juniper QFX Series
Security - Checkpoint, NAC Appliance, Fortigate, F5, Palo Alto, Juniper SRX series etc
Routing - ASR and ISR series Routers, Juniper MX series
Wireless - Cisco 2504, 5508. HP Aruba etc.
Load Balancer - F5, Radware etc.
Should have Experience in Security protocols IPSec, L2TP, GRE, RAS, IKE, NHRP Experience in DMVPN, SSL VPN, IPSEC VPN, Dynamic VPN, Easy VPN, HSRP etc. Experience on Routing protocol EIGRP, BGP, OSPF.
Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Years Of Experience:- 6- 8
Solid knowledge of security and data principles and practices.
Working experience with Checkpoint, juniper and Cisco data, Wireless and security Products,
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of network devices.
Understanding of advanced security protocols and technologies.
Skills to Evaluate and develop approach to solutions.
Proactively assesses potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the network.
Experience with security practices of Intranet and Extranet.
Support day-to-day administration of various network appliances, security appliances.
Good understanding and hands on experience on VPN and Load balancing technologies.
Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement
