DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with service team to complete service compliance.
Download visit compliance data and FSR from Optimus/ Consol.
Prepare base data for billing.
Download supporting documents for invoice attachments.
Invoice submission and tracking of payment on customer portal.
Daily complaint tracking on customer portal and forward calls to respective dealer.
Keep track of the complaints till closure in customer portal
keep record of out of scope job offers submitted to customer.
Provide Optimus quote approval for Job completion
Internal meetings with risk team for task creation /PSN activation
Update Unbilled Cost file
Submit Manual BI in Consol
GIEA Parts order Entry
FSR Vetting on daily basis and close track on recommendation.
