Role

This role is in Operations Change Management (OCM). The OCM Engineer is responsible for supporting the change/review process globally by facilitating technical change reviews/approvals and coordination of resources as efficiently as possible while ensuring all policies and practices are followed without presenting obstacles to business needs. The primary focus is supporting Internet Operations customers, in support of Infrastructure Design Engineering (Service Delivery Teams). This is done by leading, guiding, and ensuring success within ITSM processes and functions across the Service Lifecycle.

Major accountabilities:

• Facilitate Change Reviews/Approvals and assignment of resources for support changes

• Facilitate adherence to Mastercard Enterprise IT Service Management practices and attainment of identified Key Performance measures and Data Quality measures

• Partner with Tech/Ops teams and the BizOps teams to identify, develop, guide, and implement process and tool continuous improvements.

• Provide project management leadership to drive solutions to complex process and organizational problems.

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• Business, Data, or Process Analysis related degrees. Business Management or Project Management related degree.

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, leadership and stakeholders

• Self-starter and able to work effectively with team members on shared goals and initiatives.

• Possess understanding of IT and ITSM processes and disciplines throughout the Service lifecycle.
