What You'll Do for Us

  • Shape and implement forward-thinking people strategies that align with our business objectives, while nurturing a culture of diversity and inclusion.

  • Act as a key HR business partner, offering strategic consultation across various levels of our organization, ensuring all initiatives support our overarching goals.

  • Lead the talent management process, including organizational design, succession planning, and employee development, to support Coca-Cola's growth and innovation.

  • Provide direction and insights on HR policies and programs, ensuring consistent application and compliance with all legal frameworks.

  • Drive talent acquisition efforts, helping to position Coca-Cola as an employer of choice.

  • Address and manage employee and labor relations with empathy, taking a proactive stance on communications and resolutions.

  • Oversee the administration and strategic evolution of our total rewards system, aligning it with the needs of a dynamic workforce.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, showcasing a broad understanding of people strategies, talent management, and employee relations.

  • Demonstrated success as an HR business partner, with a strong track record of influencing and advising senior leadership on HR best practices.

  • Expertise in organizational design and development, and the ability to navigate and lead through the complexities of a multinational company.

  • An analytical mindset with experience in translating data insights into strategic HR solutions that propels the organization forward.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering a workplace environment built on respect, collaboration, and inclusivity.
