Eaton Corporation Associate Analyst in Pune, India

What you’ll do:

This position will be based in Pune and will be in Global Shared service center of Supply Chain Management function. The principle role of the this position is to support Electrical Business in US region in the tactical procurement activities. This includes understanding materials purchased, negotiations with suppliers and the ongoing management of supplier relationships. This is a single site role with assignment to remote plant location. This position require the incumbent to work in US shifts ( 3PM- 12AM)

"• Proficient knowledge on End to End Purchase process

• Reviews & Verifies demand and convert req to order based on defined SLA,

• Manage MRP exception by coordinating with suppliers.

• Maintainence of order and monitoring Supplier OTD

• Intiate PFEP for top SKU's by reviewing MOQ,LT and valid sources.

• Maintain the inventory level as per plant Hi5 Metrics ( Forecast vs Actuals)

• Timely execution and review of forecast with supplier.

• Review blocked stock and intiate returns through DMR management

• Day to day communication with various stakeholders like Site Buyers, Suppliers on the timely actions and resolutions.

• Working Knowledge of ERP;

• Inventory Reduction - Target Vs PP

• Resolve DC & warehouse putaway issues.

• Timely resolution of invoice according to set payment terms.

• Co-ordination with sales in creating deliveries to customer/ changes sales order ETA per LT

• Identify projects pertaining to process excellence maturity

• Review excess and obselete and plan to reduce as a part of E&O liquidation process.

• Sound knowledge of demand planning

• Evaluate MDM

• Active contribution to Stategic Pillar and drive projects across Execution"

Qualifications:

BE any stream,

5+ Years of experince in SCM
