Professional (+) (Fixed Term) Position Details: Summary of Duties: Under the guidance of the Pesticide Resources and Education Program leadership, the Program Support Coordinator will lead and manage the administrative day-to-day operations of the WSU Pesticide Resources and Education Program in Pullman, Washington. This role will develop and manage relationships between Pesticide Resources and Education Program's Pullman and Puyallup team members, clientele, and regulatory agencies. Required Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant extension program discipline and two (2) years of related program experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. • Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with https://policies.wsu.edu/prf/index/manuals/safety-policies-procedures-manual/sppm-7-10/ and departmental driving standards. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated knowledge of computer software and Microsoft Office pieces. • Demonstrated human relation skills and ability to effectively interact with teams and with diverse populations. Preferred Qualifications: • WSDA Pesticide License. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Fluent in Spanish.
