As a Customer Service Intern, you'll provide support to teams that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide. As a Customer Service Intern, a typical day might include the following: Collaborating with Sales and Customer Service Teams: Provide vital support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. General Office Support: Perform clerical duties, including filing and documentation, to maintain organized and efficient office operations. Project Assistance: Contribute to various sales and customer service projects and tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion. Customer Interaction: Handle phone calls and emails, delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients. Data Analysis and Reporting: Review data, and create insightful charts, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making processes. Meeting and Visitor Coordination: Assist in scheduling and preparing for meetings and welcoming visitors to SEL, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.
