WASHINGTON TRUST BANK Branch Manager in Pullman, Washington
Description This position embodies our WTB culture by focusing on the customer experience. You'll manage the branch that means you're our ambassador in the community, developing talent on your team, and providing an array of products and services to meet the needs of your customers. Location: Pullman Financial Center - 670 SE Bishop Blvd, Pullman, WA 99163 Branch Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Schedule may vary, must be flexible. The opportunity: Provide professional financial advice, guidance and solutions Provide overall direction for the branch sales and service delivery Manage customer base to meet bank goals, strategies and initiatives. Ultimately responsible for all regulatory and compliance activity within the branch including overseeing of the branch audit Directly conducting coaching, training, human resource functions and staff development activities Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and customer service skills We are looking for someone who has the drive to: Improve the places we live and work Develop branch strategy for sales, service and profitability goals Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and activities Build long-term relationships with customers Participate and promote team involvement in community organizations and business development activities Training: We provide training and a road map to ensure our managers successfully navigate WTB customer experience, coaching and career development. Pay Range: $29.43 - $44.15 The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Pullman, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
