Responsibilities
As an electrical project manager you would be responsible for overseeing the design, installation and supply of electrical systems. Day-to-day, you'd draw up schedules, allocate time, resource and budget, as well as manage staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard.
Submitting and reviewing pricing packages to suppliers, distributors, and sub-contractors
Participating in tender closing activities with duties including: create a quote outlining our inclusions/exclusions for a tender, review all bills of material for job closings, assist with the final cost preparation on closing day and submit our bids to clients
Assist with client & design team management/relationship development
Assist in project strategy & implementation
Manage master budget and project budget
Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
Keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment
Prepare reports regarding job status and resolve any problems that may arise
Attend project meetings and site reviews
