Aerotek General Labor-Richland South in Pulaski, New York
Join our team as a Solar General Laborer, where you will engage in the construction of a community-sized solar farm in Richland, NY. This role involves working on a ground-mounted commercial solar farm, specifically installing a Polar Racking System. Team members will perform various tasks ranging from staging materials, pre-assembling parts, to assembling racking in the field. The Racking Installer will report to the site supervisor, collaborating with operators and other installers to meet or exceed project goals.
Hard Skills
1+ years Construction experience
Experience in construction labor, landscape labor, lifting, general labor
Ability to check work to ensure adherence to code and specifications
Ability to unload trucks and stage materials

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Pulaski, New York.
Work Environment
The project site is located in an old farm field with conditions that can be wet and muddy. Work is performed in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and cold. Standard working hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
