CITY OF PUEBLO SY- Seasonal Pool Cashier in Pueblo, Colorado
POSITION: Seasonal Pool Cashier
DUTIES: * Operates Point of Sale system (POS) * Collects pool fees, issues admission tickets, answers phone, and provides information concerning the pool facility and its programs to the publi * Enforces facility and departmental rules and regulations. * Maintains cordial relations with public and sets example in general conduct for staff. * Provide general housekeeping of the facility to ensure safety of patrons and staff. * Learn cashiering methods and procedures. * Prepare quality written reports. * Keep accurate activity records. * Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: * Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Customer service principles and practices * Basic mathematical calculations * Understand and follow oral and written instructions. * Listen, communicate, and work effectively with a diverse group of people. * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with City staff and the general public.
PREFERRED SKILLS: * Cashiering experience is desired.
WAGE: $14.62 hourly
SHIFTS: * Temporary/Seasonal * Part-time
