Trane Technologies Maintenance Crane Technician in Pueblo, Colorado
Responsibilities:
Operate cranes in accordance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in cranes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Certification to operate and repair cranes (required).
Proven experience as a Crane Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Strong knowledge of crane mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
Skills:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling multiple priorities.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-directed work skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds in a team environment.
Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $24.99 - $35.24 (Minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
