The Textron HR Shared Services team is looking for a creative Senior HRIS Analyst who will help move us into the future and beyond! The selected candidate will play an integral role in streamlining and implementing data-driven HR processes for the entire employee life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year-end processes.

  • Support Textron’s HR Information Technology roadmap by collecting business requirements from users and stakeholders to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.

  • Design, map, and automate efficient, effective processes and workflows to improve business productivity.

  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure positive results and limit user disruption.

  • Transform and manipulate data sets from multiple sources to create effective reports and audits.

  • Keep end-users up to date on system standards by creating and evolving documentation and training materials.

  • Maintain, ensure, and advocate for global HR data security.

  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and suggest improvements.

  • Handles confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Professional Background:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience specializing in informational business systems, with a preference for those supporting Human Resources functions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL or related query languages, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize data effectively.

  • Experience with Peoplesoft, Taleo, UKG, Oracle SQL or Alteryx a plus.

Project Management:

  • Possesses effective project management skills, ensuring successful execution of initiatives.

Analytical Proficiency:

  • Demonstrated experience in advanced analytical and reporting techniques, emphasizing the ability to derive valuable insights from complex data sets.
