Position Title Per Diem Registered Nurse
Overview
Review the health forms for incoming students via EMR (Medicat).
Essential Duties:
Review incoming freshman and transfer students electronic health forms (Medicat), checking for RIDOH compliance (immunizations, TB), and college requirements (healthHX, PE, Insurance).
Email students who have submitted incomplete forms explaining what is missing and provide a compliance report weekly to the Executive Director and Assistant Director.
Email students who have not submitted forms and monitor for compliance.
Regularly check for new records that have been uploaded. Timeframe to be determined by the Executive Director.
Marginal Duties:
Perform all other duties as may be required.
Education and Experience Required
Associate Degree from an accredited institution, and a current RI Registered Nurse license.
Three to five years’ experience.
Clear understanding of immunization requirements for RI Colleges/Universities.
Clear understanding of EMR (Medicat).
