We are looking for:
Raw Material Procurement Manager:
Through his/her assigned raw material portfolio, the motivated candidate is to acquire skills in negotiation, strategic thinking, cross-functional team working, supplier relationship management, sustainable sourcing, etc., and related knowledge in different Novecare Markets, different raw material value chains, INCOTerms, payment terms, total cost of ownership, procure-to-pay, procurement policies & processes, etc.
We count on you for:
The motivated candidate will develop the corresponding raw material sourcing strategies, by understanding the raw material market supply/demand balance, its cost structure, internal demand, market opportunities and threats, sustainability requirements, Suppliers’ SWOP, etc. and propose strategic sourcing recommendations to the Sourcing Decision Committee. Once the sourcing mandates are approved by the committee, the motivated candidate will execute the sourcing strategy to negotiate supply contracts, which include contract length, raw material pricing, INCOTerm, payment term, lead-time requirement, etc.
Once obtaining those skills and knowledge mentioned above through his/her rotation in Procurement, the motivated candidate will have strong skills to enter other functions, such as Sales, Strategy, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc. and be successful.
Procurement portfolio is estimated at 25- M Euro p.a. spend with 100 different raw materials.

You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred
Prior procurement experience preferred
Prior experience working with external suppliers and stakeholders preferred
Strong communication skills both verbal & written
Can work in Multi-cultural and cross-functional environment
Can work in matrix organization
Strong organizational skills
Strong learning ability
Good process and analytical skills to understand market environment and trend

You will get:
Competitive salary and benefits package.
The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $90,880 to $113,600 per year Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
