We are offering a role for a Scheduling Manager based in Princeton, NJ. If you have 3+ years of experience using Primavera P6, apply today!
Responsibilities
• Implement scheduling policies and procedures in support of various projects
• Establish and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and/or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs)
• Manage and implement baseline change requests
• Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis
• Prepare and deliver written and verbal reports to management regarding cost and schedule variances
• Support program life-cycle activities such as schedule status updates and forecasting
• Conduct critical path analysis for project management
• Provide input to management for new business proposals through IMS and/or RLN support
• Interface with Program and Project Managers, Contracts, Senior Technical Personnel, and financial analysts
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and deliverables.
Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in Reporting and Training
• Proficiency in Planning and developing Procedures in accordance with company Policies
• Extensive experience in Scheduling and managing Contracts
• Proven experience in Implementation of large-scale projects and Networks
• Proficiency in Forecasting and managing Payroll Functions
• Ability to Answer queries promptly and efficiently, with knowledge of HIPAA-regulated procedures
• Experience in Variance Analysis and understanding of various Methodologies
• Ability to manage Deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
• Willingness for International Travel as per job requirements
• Knowledge of IMS DB database management system
• Understanding of Critical Path project management methodology
• Familiarity with Network Information Service (NIS)
