Robert Half Master Scheduler II in Princeton, New Jersey

Description We are offering a contract for a Master Scheduler II position in the heart of Sacramento, California. As a Master Scheduler II, you will be at the core of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient planning, tracking, and reporting on a variety of projects. Your role will be critical in implementing scheduling policies, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and managing baseline changes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and uphold scheduling policies and procedures to support various projects

• Establish and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and/or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs)

• Maintain the cost/schedule baseline and implement Earned Value methodologies

• Conduct variance analyses and prepare written and verbal reports for management regarding cost/schedule variances

• Forecast schedule status and perform critical path analysis

• Manage and implement baseline change requests

• Prepare schedule deliverables

• Provide IMS and/or RLN support for new business proposals, offering input to management

• Serve as a key interface with Program and Project Managers, Contracts, and Senior Technical Personnel

• Adhere to financial procedures, conducting ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Reporting and be able to generate comprehensive reports for various departments.

• Training skills are essential, should be capable of training team members and colleagues on scheduling procedures and policies.

• Proficient in Planning, should be able to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.

• Must be well-versed in Procedures and Policy related to scheduling and project management.

• Excellent Scheduling abilities, should be able to create and manage effective schedules.

• Knowledge and experience in managing Contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software is a must for efficient time and attendance management.

• Must have a good understanding of Finance, with the ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks.

• Should be capable of effective Implementation of scheduling strategies and policies.

• Network skills are essential, should be able to effectively manage and utilize networks for project completion.

• Proficiency in Forecasting, should be able to predict project timelines accurately.

• Must have excellent communication skills to Answer queries and provide clear instructions.

• Knowledge of HIPAA-Regulated environments is essential to ensure compliance.

• Experience in Variance Analysis, should be able to identify and address discrepancies effectively.

• Must be familiar with Methodology related to scheduling and project management.

• Should be able to manage Deliverables effectively, ensuring all project goals are met.

• Proficiency in Go programming language is a plus.

• Willingness for International Travel for project requirements.

• Experience in Credit Approvals, should be able to manage and oversee financial aspects of projects.

• Familiarity with IMS DB for efficient database management.

• Knowledge of Critical Path methods for effective project management.

• Experience with NIS (Network Information Service) for effective network management.
