Educational Testing Service Compliance Program Manager in Princeton, New Jersey

Job Descriptions:

Position Summary

The Compliance Program Manager will execute on the day to day activities required for the management of the Corporate Compliance Program. The Compliance Program Manager will implement corporate compliance policies and will work with impacted business areas to assess compliance risk and align business processes, procedures, practices with legal requirements and corporate compliance policies. This role will report directly to the Associate General Counsel, Chief Compliance Executive.

  • Conduct the FCPA Third Party Due Diligence and OFAC screening process

  • Implement Records Management Program Procedures

  • Deploy and track compliance with Compliance training requirements

  • Conduct compliance reviews, assessments, analyses and other business engagement activities within established frameworks to identify, track, and report on the remediation of compliance gaps;

  • Prepare meaningful reporting and tracking of compliance activities to enable effective communication to senior management;

  • Provide compliance support to the Privacy Program by conducting risk and gap assessments and implementing awareness activities and training

  • Provide compliance support to the Wage and Hour Compliance Program, monitoring for and assisting in the implementation of regulatory compliance requirements

  • Perform ad hoc compliance projects, as assigned;

  • Keep current with emerging compliance issues and trends;

  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Required Experience:

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong and demonstrable Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint skills

Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. CCEP, CCEP-I or similar compliance or privacy related designation is strongly preferred

Relevant Years of Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years compliance, regulatory, risk or similar experience.

  • Minimum 2 years managing or implementing compliance programs and/or processes.

Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical):

  • Prior experience developing and conducting gap and/or risk assessments
