Job Description

As an Associate in Facility Operations at Genmab US, Inc., you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Plainsboro, NJ office. This position reports directly to the Facility Operations Manager and requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operational tasks. Your responsibilities will span across various critical functions, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and general facilities tasks, ensuring our team has what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies, PPE supplies, first aid kits, and general storage areas. Regularly monitor stock levels and expiration dates to ensure all items are available and up-to-date.
Logistical Support: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and mail/packages. Keep pantries stocked with drinks/snacks daily and ensure operational items are functioning properly.
Facility Coordination: Assist in coordinating meeting services, including room setup and other logistics as required. Manage the FedEx account and handle any general tasks or projects assigned by the Facility Operations Manager.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders within the organization, fostering a collaborative environment to support our product development strategy effectively.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated experience working effectively in teams and managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written) are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) is desirable.
Attributes: Looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual. The ability to work successfully under pressure and with tight timelines is crucial.
Physical Requirements: The job may require standing for multiple hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$60,000.00---$100,000.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
