Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 / year & Bonus Eligible

Job Summary
The Food Service Director for Mercer Community College, leads the overall success of a conference hall and café. This position will motivate, train, and develop staff to accomplish the goals / objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the client. Solves problems professionally, rapidly, fairly and maintains a working relationship with client.
Key Responsibilities:
· Food Programs
· Supervision and Development of Staff
· Financial Management and Analysis
·Catering Management
· Cafe Management
Preferred Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 years food service operation supervision experience
· Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client
· Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
· Catering background
· General culinary knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures
