Qualifications:

• Ongoing compliance with company policies and employee handbook • ability to lift 75 lbs

Requirements:
be on feet 66%-100% of the time
34%-66% of time squat, kneel, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp, grip, turn, finger dexterity to perform routine care for residents dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring and assisting with all ADLs and housekeeping, etc.
Lifting and carrying weights exceeding 50 lbs is to be done with assistance from one or more persons
