- Define, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes and make recommendations on opportunities for improvement.
- Apply understanding of system features to help business teams enhance current system functionality, increasing our return on investment through maximization of feature utilization and automation of processes.
- Proactively monitor assigned production application systems to ensure early detection of issues, triaging incidents by providing timely support and maintenance.
- Design and develop integrations to transfer data between enterprise applications using MuleSoft ESB (Enterprise Systems Bus). Design and develop RAML based APls (Application Programming Interfaces).
- Maintain documentation of development, test, and production environments for assigned systems.
Provide mentoring and leadership to Systems Analysts.

WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related field of study (or foreign equivalent), plus three (3) years of experience in job offered, Technology Analyst, or related occupation.
Special Requirements: Academic training or experience must include the following skills:
- Experience with ESB integration platforms
- Experience in automation of tasks.
Systems engineering experience that includes the software development life cycle and system integrations at a mid to large sized enterprise.
