Front Desk Auditor\ Presque Isle, ME PT/Nights Temp-to-Hire Opportunity\ \ Job Description:\ \ Immediate opening for a Front Desk Auditor to work the overnight shift for a well-established local business. Great opportunity for a detailed-oriented individual with strong customer service skills. Flexible schedule options; previous experience helpful, but not required. PT/Nights; hours available from 11:00 PM 7:00 AM, Sunday Saturday. \$16.00 - \$18.00/hr.\ \ The Front Desk Auditor will be responsible for reviewing daily revenue and transaction records, as well as balancing receipts, cash drawers, and accounts payable. Other duties will include answering incoming calls, registering guests, and responding to requests for reservations and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.\ \ Responsibilities:\

• Review daily transaction records, balance cash drawers, and reconcile receipts and accounts payable.
• Collect payments, finalize bills, and issue receipts.
• Organize and complete routine financial reports.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests for information and/or assistance.
• Keep reservation records organized and up to date.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping departments to resolve customer complaints.
• Screen incoming visitors and notify management of potential safety and/or security issues.

\ Job Requirements:\

• High school diploma or equivalent education required. Degree in Business Administration or related field strongly valued.
• Excellent basic math skills; must be able to review reconcile financial statements quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; at least 2 years of experience in hospitality services preferred.
