Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our established and growing employed practice in Prescott Valley, AZ.

Responsibilities
Patient population - 18+; Geriatric
Work shift: 4 x 10-hour days
Provider will have 4 hours of administrative time per week
Daily patient volume: 22-24 patients per day
EMR: Cerner
Procedures - Suturing, cyst removal, wound care, EKG’s,etc. Will vary by experience.
Call: On call up to 4 times per month and the days of the week vary, including weekend call. Weekends are 24 hr call and weekdays are 5-8am on-call
No Shift call- just after hours on-call
This is a panel position and provider will be expected to see new patients, acute visits, annual wellness, ER follow ups, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum
Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing
Compact state or Arizona RN license
Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license or elgibilty to obtain
National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations
Valid DEA registration
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider
Preferred
- PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
Pay Range
$48.54 - $75.00 /hour
