Manage, advise, and consult with all appropriate Town staff and partners regarding grants specifications, program descriptions, work plans and timelines; work with department directors and staff to evaluate grants that align with Town of Prescott Valleys mission. Prepare documents for grant applications and grant progress reports, including reimbursement requests, tracking, and audit reconciliation. Monitor use of grant funds to ensure proper documentation and adherence with grant contract(s). Maintain current and thorough working knowledge of State and Federal legislation and regulations related to grants and purchasing. Research and apply for funding opportunities from private/nonprofit organizations, as well as federal and state agencies to assist in meeting the Towns strategic plan. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on all Town grants.
