SCOPE OF WORK:\ Will walk the Casino floor and monitor slot machines and guest activity during scheduled shift. Evaluate machine history logs and game rules in order to answer guest questions. Must be available to work during other shifts as requested by management. Will become familiar with the Tribal/State Gaming Compact, National Indian Gaming Commissions (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), the Tribal Gaming Code, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Title 31, and Departmental Internal Controls and Job Instructions. Will assure you that the Yavapai Gaming Agency (YGA) is in compliance with the Tribal Gaming Code, Tribal/State Gaming Compact, and the NIGC MICS.\ WORK PERFORMED:

• This job description does not constitute an employment agreement between the Tribe and the employee and is subject to change as the needs of the Tribe and requirements of the position change. These duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position;
• Will adjust, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on slot machines;
• Will read slot machine history logs and game re-play;
• Will answer guest questions pertaining to slot machine game rules;
• Will perform printer fills;
• Will perform other duties as assigned;
• Will provide first-class Guest Service;
• Will act in accordance to Departmental Internal Controls and Job Instructions.
