nVent Distribution Coordinator in Prejmer, Romania

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
In this position, you will get to:
Work with MRP system - Launch of Purchase Orders
Stock analysis optimization and Excess Stock redistribution
Safety Stock/ ABC calculation
Demand and Supply Performance measure
Planning Parameters Integrity
Prepare Production Plan / Replenishment Plan based on customer orders/forecast/safety stocks
Release Purchase and Distribution Plan
Ensures that the correct mix of products is balanced
Customer & Supplier Order follow up, maintaining communication with Customer Service regarding priorities, stock outs and priorities
Distribution Order Follow up to sister company in order to guarantee stock availability
Participation in Logistics Group Projects and follow up
YOU HAVE:
University graduate
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in planning/logistics/purchase
Good planning and presentation skills
Worked in an international company/environment
Proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods
Knowledge of ERP system, preferably M3/SAP and Business Intelligence Platforms
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Strong analytical, organizational and decision making abilities
Ability to plan and self-organize
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Optimizing the balance of inventory
Acts as the lead interface to manufacturing sites to resolve supply issues relating to production and purchasing
Proficiency in English
